Fonction
For one of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors of power tools, we are looking for an Export Assistant. You will ensure that the customer (dealer) is always provided with the correct information via e-mail so that he promotes the products as a preferred brand to his end customers. You will also be responsible for item management and the execution and recording of purchases.
Tasks:
- Daily contact with customers via e-mail
- Providing correct advice to dealers (prices, promotions, availability, delivery status,...)
- Ensuring the correct entry of orders into the inventory system on a daily basis
- Order follow-up (RMA, complaints, pricing, back orders,...)
- Preparation of proforma invoices based on Excel data
- Checking and recording purchase invoices in the inventory system in preparation for receiving goods in the warehouse
- Checking all kinds of documents (transport documents, certificates of origin, certificates of conformity, EUR1,...)
- Monitor delivery times and prices, take action where necessary
- General administrative tasks to support the department
Qui cherchons-nous ?
- You are a customer-oriented, problem-solving team player.
- You can work accurately.
- You preferably have knowledge of customs regulations, customs tariff codes and excise regulations.
- You preferably have knowledge of Incoterms and some technical understanding and an affinity with the product range.
- In addition, you are fluent in French and English (spoken and written) and you have a basic knowledge of Dutch
- A good knowledge and practical experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook is necessary.

- Réaliser l'étude technique et commerciale de la demande du client (délai de fabrication, disponibilité des produits, coût, ...)
- Etablir les devis et transmettre les données sur les modalités techniques et commerciales (planning, prix, paiement, ...) aux clients, commerciaux terrain, ...
- Enregistrer la commande, vérifier les conditions de réalisation (délais de livraison, mode de conditionnement, ...) et en informer le client ou le commercial
- Suivre les éléments de paiement des commandes (règlement, facturation, ...) ou transmettre au service concerné (comptable, contentieux, ...)
- Réceptionner les appels téléphoniques et renseigner les clients selon leur demande (suivi de commande, informations, ...)
- Effectuer le suivi de la clientèle ou de fournisseurs et proposer des solutions en cas de dysfonctionnements (livraison, garantie, règlement, ...)
