As an outbound administrative clerk at the crossdock, you ensure the smooth and accurate processing of all outgoing trailers and shipments.
You take care of the administrative flow, verify all required documents, and act as a key point of contact for drivers and warehouse colleagues.
Thanks to your accuracy and strong communication skills, outgoing goods leave the site efficiently, correctly, and on time.
 

You are responsible for all administration related to outgoing road transport:

  • Preparing and checking CMRs, loading lists, and packing lists
  • Processing and registering outbound documents
  • Following up on missing or incorrect information
  • Booking shipments and confirming departures
  • Checking labels, item numbers, and quantities
  • Handling discrepancies (missing parcels, damages, wrong references)
  • Supporting basic customs administration

You work closely with:

  • Drivers (documents and dispatch)
  • Warehouse team and team leaders
  • Customer service and planning

 

 

Qui cherchons-nous ?

 

  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong administrative experience with good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent computer and system skills; able to learn new software quickly.
  • Able to work independently and proactively after training.
  • Able to switch quickly and stay flexible in a dynamic crossdock environment.
  • Willing to step in regularly at other posts such as front desk or reception.

Compétences liées à la fonction

  • Réceptionner les appels téléphoniques et les orienter vers les interlocuteurs demandés ou prendre des messages
  • Accueillir les personnes et identifier leur demande
  • Procéder à l'indexation, au classement et à l'archivage de documents
  • Suivre l'état des stocks, identifier les besoins en approvisionnement et établir les commandes
  • Réaliser des travaux de reprographie
  • Procéder à l'enregistrement, au tri, à l'affranchissement du courrier
  • Réaliser des opérations de saisie de courrier, de tableaux, ... selon les consignes
  • Constituer les dossiers administratifs et contrôler les données, leur mise à jour, les retours ou les relances
