About the job
You are responsible for all administration related to outgoing road transport:
- Preparing and checking CMRs, loading lists, and packing lists
- Processing and registering outbound documents
- Following up on missing or incorrect information
- Booking shipments and confirming departures
- Checking labels, item numbers, and quantities
- Handling discrepancies (missing parcels, damages, wrong references)
- Supporting basic customs administration
You work closely with:
- Drivers (documents and dispatch)
- Warehouse team and team leaders
- Customer service and planning
Who are we looking for?
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong administrative experience with good command of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent computer and system skills; able to learn new software quickly.
- Able to work independently and proactively after training.
- Able to switch quickly and stay flexible in a dynamic crossdock environment.
- Willing to step in regularly at other posts such as front desk or reception.
- Long‑term commitment and motivation to grow within the organization.
