For our client in Hasselt, we are looking for a customer service representative with a good knowledge of English and German.
As a customer service representative, you will work on Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 21:00, and on Monday from 09:00 to 17:30.
Your main tasks include:
- Answering phone calls and emails: responding to questions from customers and involved parties
- Gathering information and checking it for accuracy and completeness
- Providing technical support and communicating with workshops
- Keeping customers and all other involved parties informed
- Monitoring and verifying agreements with all involved parties
- Following up on all contract-related matters within the agreed deadlines

- Orienter le client et transférer son appel vers l'interlocuteur approprié (technicien, commercial, chargé de clientèle, ...)
- Contacter les clients, les prospects et présenter les produits et les services de l'entreprise (nouveaux produits, ventes additionnelles, ...)
- Renseigner le support de suivi de l'appel sur informatique
- Se présenter au téléphone et vérifier l'identité et les coordonnées de l'interlocuteur (numéro de client, adresse, ...)
- Présenter ou identifier l'objet de l'appel (commande, vente, information, réclamation, assistance, ...)
- Renseigner le client sur les caractéristiques des produits et le conseiller dans son choix
- Vérifier la disponibilité du produit, du service et saisir les données de la commande, de la réservation, ...
