Fonction
As a Transport Officer you get to organize & control the transport of deliveries in order to achieve high standards of transport quality.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing the collection of the finished order via the SAP transport module or entering the shipments in the relevant transport software
- Communicating with the forwarder to have the collection take place on time and forwarding the necessary documents (pick-up lists, invoices, etc.) as agreed
- Communicating with the dealers or GC Offices to inform them of the delivery date provided and forward the transport documents needed.
- Alignment with various stakeholders in case of delivery issues and complaints
- Loading of pallets or cartons on trucks
- Acceptance of small shipments and organizing the internal transfer on site
- Administrative support to Logistics Transport Supervisor
- Optimizing efficiency and costs for all shipments done

Qui cherchons-nous ?
- Deep Knowledge and experience in transport (minimum 3 years)
- Deep Knowledge of SAP transport module
- Knowledge of customs regulations is a plus
- Knowledge of Dangerous goods regulations (IATA, ADR regulations)
- Great command of Dutch & English, French is nice to have
- Advanced in MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Able to work from 08:00-16:30
- Strong communication skills
- Positive mindset and motivated attitude

Compétences liées à la fonction
- Concevoir les outils de pilotage des services achats, approvisionnements, expéditions et des sites (plate-formes, entrepôts, ...)
- Organiser et synchroniser les activités logistiques selon les besoins du client et les contraintes du fournisseur
- Organiser et mettre en place les modalités d'acheminement des produits et en contrôler la réalisation
- Suivre la mise en place et la réalisation des plans d'action logistiques et contrôler la conformité d'application
- Déterminer les mesures correctives du circuit d'acheminement des produits en cas de dysfonctionnements
