Your Mission
As a logistics team leader, you’re the go-to person for a crew of warehouse operators. You’ll guide, support, and coach your team to ensure daily operations run smoothly—think receiving, storing, picking, and shipping parts with speed and accuracy.
What your day looks like:

You provide on-the-floor guidance and keep your team motivated and aligned with the goals.

You coordinate warehouse flows, tackle bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met.

You collaborate with other departments and handle any hiccups with a calm, problem-solving mindset.

You maintain high standards in quality, safety, and performance.

You’re hands-on when needed, because real leaders lead by example.
