Konvert is currently looking for motivated forklift drivers with long forks to join a dynamic crossdock warehouse in Desteldonk (north of Ghent).
- Loading and unloading goods from trucks and trailers
- Safely storing and moving materials within the warehouse
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced crossdock environment
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety at all times
You will work with:
- 3.5-ton diesel forklifts
- Forks of up to 2.4 meters
If you pass the testing successfully, you can start quickly and become part of a motivated and supportive team.
Qui cherchons-nous ?
- At least 6 months of experience operating a forklift with long forks
- High awareness of safety procedures in a warehouse or production setting
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Good knowledge of Dutch or English
- A proactive and reliable work attitude
👉 No forklift certificate required!
You will complete a theoretical and practical test on-site, including an obstacle course focusing on safety and agility.

Compétences liées à la fonction
- Sélectionner et préparer l'engin de manutention, selon les caractéristiques des produits et les conditions de déplacement
- Charger/décharger les marchandises selon les impératifs d'enlèvement, de livraison
- Effectuer le rangement des produits en zones de stockage
- Livrer les charges entre les différents postes du site (chaîne de production, zone de « picking », ...)
- Vérifier l'état des charges, identifier les anomalies et les transmettre au service concerné
- Contrôler l'état des pièces, des équipements et effectuer la maintenance de premier niveau
- Renseigner les supports de suivi de déplacements des charges et transmettre au service concerné
