As a Dangerous Goods Logistics Employee, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and compliant handling of hazardous materials within our company.

You are responsible for the accurate processing and administrative follow-up of dangerous goods shipments, in line with international regulations and internal procedures. Your work ensures that these goods reach their destination safely and legally.

You will also oversee the correct storage of dangerous goods in our facilities, always adhering to the applicable safety standards and compliance guidelines. This ensures that all storage activities meet the highest requirements in terms of safety and operational excellence.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Processing and following up transport documentation for dangerous goods

  • Ensuring compliance with ADR, IMDG, and other relevant regulations (including audits)

  • Providing trainings to operational teams

  • Coordinating safe storage and internal movements of dangerous goods

  • Collaborating with internal departments and external partners for smooth logistical operation

 

Qui cherchons-nous ?

Profile:

  • Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations is an advantage

  • IMDG and/or ADR certification

  • Knowledge or experience with CLP or MSDS

  • Accurate, responsible, and communicative

  • Experience in logistics or HSEQ is a strong asset

  • Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Good computer skills

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English

  • Mature and professional attitude

Compétences liées à la fonction

  • Réceptionner les appels téléphoniques et les orienter vers les interlocuteurs demandés ou prendre des messages
  • Accueillir les personnes et identifier leur demande
  • Procéder à l'indexation, au classement et à l'archivage de documents
  • Suivre l'état des stocks, identifier les besoins en approvisionnement et établir les commandes
  • Réaliser des travaux de reprographie
  • Procéder à l'enregistrement, au tri, à l'affranchissement du courrier
  • Réaliser des opérations de saisie de courrier, de tableaux, ... selon les consignes
  • Constituer les dossiers administratifs et contrôler les données, leur mise à jour, les retours ou les relances
