CNC Brake Press Operator - Two Shifts

Konvert Tielt is looking for a press brake operator for a metal company in Zwevezele. Attractive salary + 20 vacation days + 6 additional recovery days.

This company handles both custom and series work. You will be responsible for loading the materials, bending the metal, and removing the bent pieces.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare the required materials, such as metal sheets or profiles.
• Set up and program the CNC press brake or bending machine based on the specifications.

Operating the CNC machine:

• Load materials into the machine and ensure they are correctly placed.
• Operate the machine to bend the materials accurately according to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed.

Quality control:

• Measure and check the finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Identify errors or deviations and correct them.

Maintenance and safety:

• Perform basic maintenance on the CNC machine, such as lubricating parts and replacing tools.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety regulations.
