For a company that specialises in all kinds of grain processing, we are looking for a process operator.
Your duties:
Quality control: You will carry out various tests during your shift. e.g. weight control, sieve tests, wheat peel control, etc.
Controlling via PC different process lines (maximum 2 per person) as well as adjusting the lines. (simple operations)
Throughout your shift, you are also responsible for order and tidiness. It is a very tidy company and they want to keep it that way.
This is industrial cleaning, so using the compressor to blow out the machines, tidying things up, keeping order and tidiness in the control rooms, etc.
If breakdowns occur, resolve them together with a fellow process operator.

A great training programme, as a process operator you will learn everything gradually. You will work together with a fellow process operator for about 3 months. Gradually, you will be given more and more responsibility until you can work completely independently. If a problem or doubt arises, you can easily call a fellow colleague.

After 15 years of seniority, you will also receive budget for a company car.
You will work in a 3-shift system (early-late-night)
A basic salary of €17.37/hour, if you work early and afternoon shifts you will get an extra on top of the basic salary of €1.81/hour, if you work at night you will get an extra allowance of 20% on the basic salary.
Meal vouchers of €8/day

Compétences liées à la fonction
- Apporter un appui technique à des opérateurs et établir des rapports de production et d'incidents
- Contrôler une installation
- Suivre et analyser les données de production d'une installation et déterminer les actions correctives
- Surveiller le fonctionnement des machines et des équipements et effectuer des interventions simples en cas d'incident
- Prélever des échantillons de matières ou de produits, les référencer et les enregistrer pour analyse
- Vérifier et maintenir l'état de propreté des équipements (balance, broyeur, cuve de cuisson, fours, ...) et du poste de travail
- Sélectionner les données de production et saisir les paramètres de quantité, de dosage, de mélange, ...
- Surveiller l'approvisionnement des machines, des installations et le flux des matières ou des produits
- Renseigner les supports de suivi de production et transmettre les informations aux interlocuteurs concernés
