The key responsibility of the regional sales & business development manager is new business development, expanding market presence and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition in designated European countries (where German or English is spoken), for roll business as well as custom made fabrics. The manager is sharply focused on hunting, on closing sales deals with key decision-makers of new but also with existing customers, and maintains strong relations in the respective international regions. The manager is travelling in his designated markets, and aims to grow the client base and increase the market share within the region.

Qui cherchons-nous ?

  • Master degree (in economics, equivalent, or other), with minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in the European sun shading industry, technical textiles or related.
  • Strong European B2B sales acumen and tech-savvy. Sales & negotiation is in your DNA.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across European regions (min. 50%) to meet potential clients, attend trade fairs & networking events, and develop market presence.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Driven sales professional with the ability to build the right connections and open doors that lead to valuable business opportunities.
  • Able to balance offensive sales tactics, strong communication with long term relationship building.
