Compétences liées à la fonction
- Identifier les interventions préventives ou curatives selon les situations (mise en fonction, changement de production, ...) ou l'historique de maintenance
- Contrôler l'état de fonctionnement des matériels, les données d'instrumentation (pression, débit, température, ...) et les points critiques d'usure, de graissage, ...
- Effectuer l'entretien préventif (nettoyage, graissage, ajustement, resserrage, ...) des équipements mécaniques
- Changer ou réparer les pièces, organes mécaniques défectueux (engrenages, roulements, pignons, ...) et procéder aux essais et réglages
- Effectuer la mise en conformité de fonctionnement (état de référence, sécurité, environnement, ...)
- Renseigner les supports de suivi d'intervention et transmettre les informations au service concerné
- Apporter un appui technique aux services production, qualité, maintenance, ...
