For a company specializing in various types of grain processing, we are looking for a process operator. 👨🏻🏭
Your tasks:

Quality Control: You will perform various tests during your shift, such as checking weight, conducting sieve tests, and inspecting the hulling of wheat.

Operating process lines via PC: You will control up to 2 process lines per person and make basic adjustments to the lines (simple operations).

Cleanliness and order: During your shift, you are responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness. The company maintains a very clean environment and wishes to keep it that way.

This includes industrial cleaning, such as blowing out machines with a compressor, organizing tools or materials, and keeping control rooms tidy.

Troubleshooting: If malfunctions occur, you will work together with a fellow process operator to resolve them.

As a process operator, you will learn everything step by step. For approximately three months, you will work alongside an experienced colleague. A base wage of €17.37/hour.

Compétences liées à la fonction
- Apporter un appui technique à des opérateurs et établir des rapports de production et d'incidents
- Contrôler une installation
- Suivre et analyser les données de production d'une installation et déterminer les actions correctives
- Surveiller le fonctionnement des machines et des équipements et effectuer des interventions simples en cas d'incident
- Prélever des échantillons de matières ou de produits, les référencer et les enregistrer pour analyse
- Vérifier et maintenir l'état de propreté des équipements (balance, broyeur, cuve de cuisson, fours, ...) et du poste de travail
- Sélectionner les données de production et saisir les paramètres de quantité, de dosage, de mélange, ...
- Surveiller l'approvisionnement des machines, des installations et le flux des matières ou des produits
- Renseigner les supports de suivi de production et transmettre les informations aux interlocuteurs concernés
