Voor onze klant te Lommel zijn we op zoek naar een jobstudent die gaat helpen op de ontvangst afdeling.
Takenpakket
- Loket leveranciers
- Chauffeurs ontvangen en verder helpen
- Leverbonnen laten aftekenen
- Leeggoed registreren (palletten/bakken)
- Leveringsbonnen ingeven en controleren
- Orderbevestigingen nakijken en leverdata ingeven in Navision
Je bent de volgende periodes beschikbaar:
- Paasvakantie: 07/04 t.e.m. 17/04
(opleiding voorzien zodat de persoon goed ingewerkt is tegen de zomer) - Brugdag Hemelvaart: 15/05
- Juni: 22/06 t.e.m. 26/06
- Zomerperiode: 06/07 t.e.m. +/- 15/09
(mogelijkheid dat er enkele weken wegvallen indien het team voltallig is)
Who are we looking for?
We zoeken iemand die:
- Vlot met de computer kan werken;
- Basiskennis Frans en/of Engels heeft;
- (Bijna) altijd goedgezind is;
- Ook in moeilijke of drukke situaties vriendelijk blijft;
- Zelf werk ziet en initiatief neemt;
- Niet verlegen is en vlot communiceert;
- Flexibel is in werkuren.

Dagelijks van 8u30 tot 15u30.
Working as a student
In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Just ask your educational institute for them and add them to your enrolment at a later date. Take a look at the website of your educational institution, often you can download the document online. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?
Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)
Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship
Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship
Independent learning – diploma via examination board
Finishing a thesis
Possibly adult education if main activity
This gross hourly wage is based on the sectoral gross wage of an 18-year old on the date of the vacancy. No rights or obligations can be derived from this information. The actual gross hourly wage awarded may therefore deviate.
