As a recruitment intern, you’ll help match candidates with our clients or prospects.
This means that, together with the office team, you’ll do everything you can to connect suitable candidates with job openings at our clients’ companies, as well as proactively search for jobs for candidates who apply with us.

Short-term internship
First and foremost, you’ll be involved in candidate search:
Based on the job openings assigned to you, you’ll search our own competency-based database as well as external recruitment channels.
You’ll be responsible for conducting an initial phone screening, inviting candidates to the office, registering and screening candidates, followed by administering tests and checking references.
A short internship serves as an introduction: you’ll have the opportunity to observe the various processes and interviews at the office!
Long internship
Since matching candidates with companies is at the heart of our business, it makes sense that your primary focus here will be on searching for and screening candidates.
Your responsibilities will be expanded based on your interests and learning goals:
Client relations: You’ll work collaboratively with clients, build trust, convince them of the right match, and offer them a sustainable solution.
You’ll help build talent pools, ensuring efficient staffing plans are implemented.
You’ll guide candidates through their application process and employment. You’ll become, so to speak, their personal coach.
You’ll also provide support in ensuring the proper administrative processing and follow-up of contracts and performance, as well as with several other administrative tasks.
