Wij zoeken een jobstudent onthaalbediende/receptionist(e) voor een voedingsbedrijf in Vleteren.

Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers. 

Je zorgt voor een vlot en klantgericht onthaal, je beheert de telefonie en ondersteunt diverse afdelingen op het gebied van administratie. 

Jouw takenpakket:

-  afspraken en agenda beheren (onthaal van de chauffeurs)

-  sorteren en verdelen van inkomende en uitgaande post

-  voorraadbeheer van kantoorartikelen en kleine bestellingen plaatsen

-  opvolgen van de mailbox 

- controleren en voorbereiden van vergaderruimtes.

Je bent communicatief en klantvriendelijk

Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd

Je bent vlot met computerprogramma's

Een eerste ervaring in onthaal en administratie is een plus

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, met voldoende kennis Frans en Engels

Een afwisselende functie binnen een aangename werkomgeving

Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity
