Jouw takenpakket:

• Voorbereiden van offertes
• Ondersteunen bij de planning van de sales manager
• Aanvullen en herschikken van Excel-bestanden
• Online opzoekingen uitvoeren
• Documenten afdrukken en klasseren
• Voorbereiden van facturatie

• Je volgt bij voorkeur een opleiding aan de hoge school of unief.
• Je hebt al een administratieve ervaring.
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
• Je bent nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk.
• Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en MS Office. 
• Je hebt al een administratieve ervaring.

• Flexibele werkuren tussen (bespreekbaar):
• Maandag tem vrijdag tussen 8u en 17u
• Zaterdag tussen 8u en 12u30
• Een leerrijke ervaring binnen een professionele omgeving.
• Een studentenjob in jouw regio voor 2 (of meer) dagen / week.

In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Just ask your educational institute for them and add them to your enrolment at a later date. Take a look at the website of your educational institution, often you can download the document online. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity
