Launch your career in logistics with Katoen Natie GHENT! As a Supply Chain Trainee, you’ll get hands-on experience with a full two-year training program focused on building your operational and leadership skills.
Throughout this journey, you’ll get to know different types of operations and clients, discovering which career path best suits you. With four evaluation points to guide your growth, you’ll develop the skills needed to step into roles like team leader, where you’ll manage and coach your own team.

Education and Experience
You’ve completed a bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, trade, languages, or a similar field. Alternatively, you have relevant work experience, such as a team leader, shift leader, supervisor, logistics worker, forklift driver, or warehouse staff member with ambition to grow. -

You’re a natural people manager who enjoys leading and motivating teams. -

- De bevoorrading van de werkplaatsen of productielijnen met materiaal en goederen opvolgen en controleren
- De gegevens over de activiteiten en de productiestoringen analyseren en bijsturingen voorstellen
- De naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften controleren
- Kenmerken van de bestelling identificeren en de productiefases plannen
- Machines en geschikt gereedschap selecteren De activiteiten verdelen tussen de ateliers, de ploegen, … Het personeel verdelen over de werkposten
