For a growing food production company in the Diksmuide area, Konvert is looking for a Packaging Operator with forklift experience. In this varied role, you combine machine operation with internal logistics, making you an essential part of the production process.
- Operate and monitor packaging machines.
- Perform quality checks on finished products.
- Supply packaging materials using a forklift.
- Transport finished goods safely within the warehouse and production area.
- Assist with minor machine adjustments and keep the process running smoothly.
Wie zoeken we?
✔ Experience operating a forklift (certificate is a plus)
✔ Technical insight and a hands-on attitude
✔ Comfortable working in a cold environment
✔ Flexible during busy production periods
✔ Good communication skills in Dutch, English, or French

💰 Starting salary of €16.15/hour
💰 Shift allowance + 10% cold environment premium
🍴 €9 meal vouchers per worked day
🕒 Stable 2-shift system (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)
