Jobstudent Invoicing

Voor een gekende logistieke speler in Tessenderlo, zijn we op zoek naar een jobstudent Invoicing.

Je gaat de dienst facturatie ondersteunen. Je takenpakket:

• Carrier Invoice Processing : verantwoordelijk voor het controleren, verwerken en matchen van inkomende transportfacturen.
• Shipment Monitoring: zendingen nauwgezet opvolgen in de interne logistieke tools en systemen.
• Data & Excel: je verwerkt gegevens in Excel en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie foutloos en up-to-date blijft. 

 We zoeken een student die vanaf 1 juni beschikbaar is voor 3 tot 6 maanden en dit voor een 3-tal dagen per week. 

• Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.

• Je bent administratief sterk en werkt vlot met MS Office. 

• Je bent een Excel held (filters, VLOOKUP, Draaitabellen, basisformules)

• Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.

• Een uitdagende functie binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving 
• Studentenjob vanaf 01/06 voor een 3 tot 6 maanden en dit voor een 3 dagen per week.

Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity

This gross hourly wage is based on the sectoral gross wage of an 18-year old on the date of the vacancy. No rights or obligations can be derived from this information. The actual gross hourly wage awarded may therefore deviate.
