Backoffice Medewerker - Jobstudent

Als jobstudent Backoffice medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie van onze klant. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van sales en administratie en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt.

Je contacteert telefonisch leads en prospecten, plant afspraken in en volgt deze op. Daarnaast heb je contact met techniekers en zorg je ervoor dat alle klantgegevens en afspraken correct in het systeem worden ingevoerd en bijgehouden.

Telefonisch contact vormt een groot deel van je job. Je bent dus niet bang om veel gesprekken te voeren en houdt ervan om in contact te staan met verschillende mensen.

• Je bent student (bij voorkeur bachelor, 2e of 3e jaar)
• Je bent communicatief en niet bang om te bellen
• Je spreekt goed Nederlands
• Kennis Frans/Engels is een plus
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk
• Je kan goed met een computer werken
• Je bent gemotiveerd en leert snel bij
• Beschikbaar van juni t.e.m. september

• Voltijds werk (38u/week)

In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Just ask your educational institute for them and add them to your enrolment at a later date. Take a look at the website of your educational institution, often you can download the document online. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity
