Voor een tuincentrum in Turnhout zijn wij met Konvert HR dringend op zoek naar een jobstudent administratie/ facturatie die snel kan opstarten. 

Jouw taken bestaan o.a. uit:

• Invoeren en verwerken van aankoopfacturen
• Ondersteunen bij facturatie en boekhouding
• Wegwerken van een achterstand rond Peppol
• Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van het team

• Je bent een jobstudent
• Je volgt bij voorkeur een hogere studie binnen boekhouding, economie of een aanverwante richting
• Je hebt interesse in cijfers en administratie
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan zelfstandig aan de slag
• Je bent door de week beschikbaar (frequentie bespreekbaar)

• Tijdelijke studentenjob met snelle opstart
• Werkrooster van maandag tot vrijdag, zoveel mogelijk dagen in overleg met je studies
• Mogelijkheid tot verdere inzet in juli en/ of augustus
• Relevante werkervaring binnen administratie en boekhouding
• Aangename werkomgeving in Turnhout

In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Just ask your educational institute for them and add them to your enrolment at a later date. Take a look at the website of your educational institution, often you can download the document online. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity
