Jobstudent Accountant // Regio Wommelgem

Voor een toonaangevende speler in de supply chain en retail logistiek, actief in de DIY- en tuinsector, zoeken wij een gemotiveerde jobstudent om het accountingteam in Wommelgem te versterken.

Wat ga je doen? 

• Je verwerkt leveranciersfacturen, controleert de matchingfacturen met de bestelorders en volgt afwijkingen op;
• Je maakt manuele verkoopfacturen op en verwerkt deze;
• Je beheert samen met de senior accountant algemene administratieve taken;
• Je ondersteunt bij ad-hoc werkzaamheden;
• Waar nodig help je de credit controller met het opvolgen van openstaande facturen;

• Je volgt een bachelor- of masteropleiding in Accountancy & Fiscaliteit;
• Je bent leergierig, nauwkeurig en werkt graag met cijfers;
• Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Outlook, …);
• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je uit de slag trekken in het Engels en/of Frans;
• Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken;
• Je bent beschikbaar tijdens de vakantieperiode of op vaste dagen tijdens het academiejaar.

Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity
