About the job
For a food production company in Ostend, we are looking for a motivated Operator to work in a 2-shift system.
During your first two weeks, you will start as a Production Worker to become familiar with the products, processes, and working methods. After that, you will begin you training as an Operator.
- Weigh and add ingredients to the production machines.
- Independently prepare dough according to recipes and specifactions.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Strictly follow hygiene, quality and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process.
Who are we looking for?
- You have experience in a bakery, supermarket, restaurant, or a similar sector.
- You are hand-on and enjoy practical work.
- You are accurate and quality-conscious.
- You can work independently while also functioning well within a team.
- You speak Dutch or Englisj.
- You are willing to start work early (from 3:45 AM onwards).
What do we offer?
- Full-time position within a stable and growing food production company.
- Extensive internal training with opportunities for career growth.
- Salary: €17/hour, including shift premium.
- Ater successfully completing the operator training, you will receive a slarary increase (training duration depends on the individual and can take up to approximately 6 months).
- After 6 months, you will receive meal vouchers worth €4 per working day.
- Permanent contract option after a succesful temporary employment period.
