Your Mission
As a logistics team leader, you’re the go-to person for a crew of warehouse operators. You’ll guide, support, and coach your team to ensure daily operations run smoothly—think receiving, storing, picking, and shipping parts with speed and accuracy.
What your day looks like:

You provide on-the-floor guidance and keep your team motivated and aligned with the goals.

You coordinate warehouse flows, tackle bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met.

You collaborate with other departments and handle any hiccups with a calm, problem-solving mindset.

You maintain high standards in quality, safety, and performance.

You’re hands-on when needed, because real leaders lead by example.
Who are we looking for?

You have solid leadership skills and know how to bring out the best in people.

A background in logistics or warehouse operations is essential; automotive experience is a plus.

You’re organized, communicative, and quick to adapt when things change.

You speak fluent Dutch and English.

You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
