About the job
We need a people-focused Team Coach who feels comfortable working with a mix of personalities and stays calm and approachable under pressure. You help create a positive team atmosphere and you remain calm and respectful in a varied team environment.
- Coach and support warehouse workers so they can work safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
- Motivate the team and help them reach daily targets.
- Follow up on work schedules (limited administration).
- Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operational Manager.
Who are we looking for?
Your Profile
- Willing to work in 2 shifts and occasionally on Saturdays.
- Strong people and coaching skills: you enjoy guiding and motivating others.
- Calm, positive, and level-headed in all situations.
- Hands-on, proactive, and reliable under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but people skills are most important.
- Basic PC or administration skills are a plus.
