Team Coach 2 shifts

As a Team Coach, you are responsible for guiding and developing your team/department:

• You coach warehouse employees so they can perform their tasks efficiently and with high quality. You provide clear instructions, but above all the support and resources they need to grow.

• You closely monitor the team and help them achieve the agreed KPIs by motivating, supporting, and working in a solution-oriented way.

• You collaborate with the warehouse supervisor and the operational manager, to whom you report.

• In addition to coaching your team, you are also responsible for creating and following up on work schedules.

• You have a hands-on mentality: you step in where needed and work alongside your team when the situation calls for it (forklift experience is a plus, or you are willing to learn this quickly).

• You take initiative and make decisions, even during busy periods with deadlines.

Your profile

• You are willing to work in 2 shifts and are flexible.

• You have strong leadership and coaching skills: you enjoy motivating, guiding, and supporting others.

• You have a hands-on mentality: you know how to take initiative and remain calm under pressure.

• You are responsible, quality-oriented, and ambitious.

• You are a strong communicator in English.

• Experience in a similar position is a plus.

• People/leadership skills are essential. Technical knowledge (e.g., mechanics) is an advantage but can also be learned on the job.
