Jobstudent administratieve kassa juli-augustus

Konvert zoekt een jobstudent voor administratief kassawerk in een bekende meubelwinkel in Gent. Jouw taken zijn: 

• Het door de kassa halen van de voorschotten op geplaatste bestellingen
• Afrekeningen van openstaande bedragen bij afhalingen
• Inplannen en afrekenen van door klanten gehuurde bestelwagens
• Kleine aanpassingen in verkoopbons zoals toevoegen van artikelen, aanpassen van leveringswijze, datum van levering toevoegen

• Je hebt ervaring met kassawerk
• Je voelt je comfortabel met administratieve taken
• Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands
• Je bent gemotiveerd en werkt met het nodige enthousiasme, je houdt van veelvuldige sociale contacten met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s
• Je hebt orde en werkt nauwkeurig
• FR is een grote plus

• Een studentenjob voor 1 maand
• Tewerkstelling in Gent
• Een marktconform loon 
• Je komt terecht in een team van enthousiaste, fijne collega’s.

Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity
