Nous recherchons un étudiant employé administratif bilingue FR/NL pour l’un de nos clients.

Vous aiderez à gérer les tâches de bureau et la communication avec les clients en français et en néerlandais.

• Répondre aux appels et aux e-mails ;
• Encoder des données et classer des documents ;
• Rédiger de petits courriers ou messages ;
• Aider l’équipe administrative au quotidien.

• Étudiant(e) avec une bonne maîtrise du français et du néerlandais ;
• À l’aise avec l’ordinateur (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;
• Organisé(e), motivé(e) et à l’écoute ;
• Une première expérience est un plus, mais pas obligatoire. 

• Une première expérience professionnelle valorisante ;
• Un cadre de travail agréable et formateur ;
• Une rémunération conforme aux barèmes étudiants. 

In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Just ask your educational institute for them and add them to your enrolment at a later date. Take a look at the website of your educational institution, often you can download the document online. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity
