Konvert Interim Nivelles recrute des étudiants (H/F/X) pour une mission de phoning / call center dans le cadre du Salon de l’Auto 2026 pour l'un de nos clients de la région de Wavre.
Tu es à l’aise au téléphone, dynamique et tu parles français + néerlandais ? Cette mission est faite pour toi !
Ta mission (phoning – 100% téléphone)
En tant qu’agent call, tu seras amené(e) à :
- Recontacter des prospects ayant visité le Salon de l’Auto 2026
đ Objectif : valider qu’ils ont bien reçu une offre de la part du concessionnaire - Qualifier des demandes d’offres (vérifier l’intérêt, la demande, le suivi)
- Réaliser des enquêtes de satisfaction liées à la visite du salon
Who are we looking for?
- Étudiant(e) disponible en janvier (flexible, y compris le week-end)
- À l’aise au téléphone, poli(e), souriant(e), orienté(e) service
- Capable de suivre un script, de poser les bonnes questions et d’encoder des infos correctement
- Bilingue FR/NL

Working as a student

Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)
Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship
Part-time studies â theory only without practical traineeship
Independent learning â diploma via examination board
Finishing a thesis
Possibly adult education if main activity
This gross hourly wage is based on the sectoral gross wage of an 18-year old on the date of the vacancy. No rights or obligations can be derived from this information. The actual gross hourly wage awarded may therefore deviate.
