Voor een firma, gespecialiseerd in grond- en wegenwerken, zoekt Konvert Construct dringend een jobstudent administratief bediende.

Belangrijk: je kan werken de volledige maand juli en augustus en volgt een Bachelor of Master opleiding!

Jouw taken:

• Materiaalreferenties opzoeken: je verzamelt en controleert de juiste referenties van materialen die dagelijks gebruikt worden.
• Prijsvergelijkingen opmaken: je analyseert verschillende leveranciers en zet hun prijzen overzichtelijk naast elkaar.
• Prijsaanvragen opstellen: je vraagt offertes op en volgt ze op.
• Bestelbonnen verwerken: je zorgt ervoor dat de bestellingen correct en tijdig administratief worden afgehandeld.

• Je bent nauwkeurig en administratief sterk.
• Excel heeft geen geheimen voor jou.
• Goede kennis van het Nederlands

In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity
