Operator - 2 Shifts

Konvert is looking for a motivated operator for a company specialized in high‑quality wood processing. Do you have an eye for quality, enjoy working with machines and want to grow within a stable and modern production environment? Then this could be the perfect match for you!

You will work in a 2‑shift system:

• Early shift: 5 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• Late shift: 1 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Your responsibilities

You will play an important role in the production process. Your tasks include:

• Setting up and monitoring a computer‑controlled milling machine
• Performing visual inspections throughout the process
• Manually replacing milling tools
• Placing stacked panels back on the line using the side loader during quieter moments
• Understanding the process well and taking proactive action when deviations occur
• Contributing to a clean, safe and efficient working environment

• You are able to work in a 2‑shift system
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on order and cleanliness
• You are motivated, eager to learn, and take initiative
• You enjoy working in a team and take pride in the products you help create

• Starting wage from €18.00/hour (negotiable depending on experience) + shift allowance
