Voor onze klant in Tielt zijn we op zoek naar een student die het arbeidsreglement volledig kan herzien en up-to-date kan brengen.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

• Het huidige arbeidsreglement grondig analyseren
• Uitzoeken welke recente wettelijke wijzigingen en HR-trends geïmplementeerd moeten worden
• De tekst herschrijven naar een helder, modern en juridisch document
• Je zorgt voor een professionele lay-out en structuur

• Je studeert Rechten of Handelswetenschappen (optie Personeel & Organisatie/HR)
• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet van aanpakken
• Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van de standaard Microsoft Office-programma's

• Een marktconforme en aantrekkelijke verloning als jobstudent
• Een zelfstandige projectmatige job waarin je écht impact kunt maken
• Een waardevolle ervaring voor je portfolio en cv

In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Just ask your educational institute for them and add them to your enrolment at a later date. Take a look at the website of your educational institution, often you can download the document online. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity
