Are you technically skilled, enjoy working with machines and forklifts, and looking for variety in your work?
For an international production company, we are looking for a Technical Operator for the automated crate transport in the air bridge.
Your challenge?
In this role, you will combine manual technical work (about 80%) with forklift operations (about 20%). You ensure that crate transport runs smoothly and safely, intervene in case of malfunctions, and contribute ideas for improvements.

Your responsibilities?
- Monitor and control crate transport in the air bridge
- Intervene in case of malfunctions (misaligned crates, defective sensors, etc.)
- Independently detect and resolve technical problems
- Perform forklift operations in the cold storage warehouse
- Report errors, even without an error message
- Contribute ideas for process improvements
Who are we looking for?
- Technical insight and ability to work confidently with computers, machines, and scanners
- Accurate, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
- Forklift experience and certificate is an advantage; willing to obtain if necessary
- Not afraid of the cold (working in a freezer environment – appropriate clothing & premium provided)
- Good knowledge of Dutch, French, OR English
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
