DE JOB

In eerste instantie werk je voornamelijk ter ondersteuning van het huidige team in het labo.

Als laborant sta je in voor het uitvoeren van standaardanalyses op de binnenkomende grondstof melk volgens de ISO -aanvoer. Daarnaast voer je bacteriologische en/of chemische analyses uit op trajectmonsters (kaasmelk en wrongel) en eindproducten (kaas), nevenproducten (wei, room), reinigingsvloeistoffen, (afval)water volgens het controleplan. 

Jouw takenpakket:

• Correct voorbereiden en uitvoeren van de staalnames. 
• Analyseren en interpreteren van het staal volgens het controleplan.
• Onderhouden en kalibreren van de meettoestellen.
• Garanderen van een maximale betrouwbaarheid van de stalen door te werken onder de meest hygiënische omstandigheden.
• Rapporteren en communiceren van de resultaten aan collega's.

• Je volgt bij voorkeur een bachelor opleiding, bij voorkeur in agro-en biotechnologie/chemie.
• Je bent zeer nauwkeurig en sterk gedreven in hygiëne en veiligheid.
• Je bent communicatief, organisatorisch en zelfstandig.
• Je bent flexibel ingesteld.
• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.

Er wordt gewerkt in de volgende periode: 6/07 tot 31/07. Dagregime.

Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity
