If anyone calls with a question for Telenet, Luminus, KitchenAid or VOO, they will get you on the line! Ik moet toegeven in het begin was het even wennen, een job van 9 to 5 dat was nieuw voor mij. Dit call center is echt iets voor mij, ik vertrek terug met een smile naar mijn werk. Veelal oudere mensen die niet zo zeer met het internet of pc begaan zijn bellen naar ons en het is zalig om deze mensen te kunnen helpen om een afspraak te maken voor hun vaccinatie.
