For a company located in Kiewit, Hasselt, we are looking for a multilingual Customer Service Officer.
Our client is a multicultural and multilingual support platform. Every day, their team ensures that customers' vehicles are back on the road as quickly as possible in the event of a breakdown.
You will work in a small team where you will be supported by a team leader and helpful colleagues. You will meet many new people with unique stories and backgrounds. And last but not least, you will grow professionally and learn something new every day.
As a Customer Service Officer (Weekend Shift), you will work on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. In addition, you will work every Monday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Answering phone calls and emails and responding to inquiries from customers and other stakeholders
- Gathering information and verifying its accuracy and completeness
- Providing technical support and communicating with workshops and repair centers
- Keeping customers and all other involved parties informed about the progress of their cases
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with agreements made with all parties involved
- Following up on all contract-related matters within the agreed deadlines
Who are we looking for?
- Fluent in English, German and French
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM) and on Mondays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Flexible, proactive, and able to perform well in a dynamic environme
