Administratieve Jobstudent - Herfstvakantie 2026

Ben je op zoek naar een studentenjob tijdens het herfstverlof en heb je een hand voor administratie en structuur?

Voor een boeiend project binnen onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde jobstudent!

Je wordt ingezet voor een specifiek inventarisatieproject.

Jouw taak bestaat uit het in kaart brengen en opmaken van een overzichtelijke inventaris van alle reeds beschikbare technische productfoto’s.

• Deze foto's zijn essentieel voor ons specificatieproject.
• Het uiteindelijke doel is om een goed georganiseerde database aan te leggen, zodat deze foto's gekoppeld kunnen worden aan de juiste productspecificaties.

• Je bent een enthousiaste jobstudent die beschikbaar is tijdens het herfstverlof (van 2 tot en met 6 november 2026).
• Je beschikt over een goede basis computerskills.
• Heb je daarnaast al enige productkennis? Dat is absoluut een mooie plus, maar geen strikte vereiste.

• Tijdens herfstvakantie (maandag 02/11/2026 t.e.m. vrijdag 06/11/2026).
• Van 08:30 tot 17:00 (met een middagpauze van 12:00 tot 12:30).
• 40-urenweek inclusief opbouw van betaalde ADV-dagen.
• Verloning volgens wettelijk barema
• Maaltijdcheques als extra voordeel

In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Just ask your educational institute for them and add them to your enrolment at a later date. Take a look at the website of your educational institution, often you can download the document online. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?

• Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)

• Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship

• Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship

• Independent learning – diploma via examination board

• Finishing a thesis

• Possibly adult education if main activity

This gross hourly wage is based on the sectoral gross wage of an 18-year old on the date of the vacancy. No rights or obligations can be derived from this information. The actual gross hourly wage awarded may therefore deviate.
