Konvert is looking for an experienced machine operator to work in a 5-shift rotation for a company in Wielsbeke that specializes in flooring.

Your specific responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines using various computer screens and control panels
• Ensuring high productivity and closely following the schedule
• Conducting quality checks
• Assisting in other departments as needed

5-shift schedule:

Week 1: Monday through Friday: morning shift: 5:00 AM–1:00 PM // Saturday and Sunday off

Week 2: Monday through Friday: night shift: 9:00 PM–5:00 AM // Saturday and Sunday off

Week 3: Saturday and Sunday: weekend night shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM // Monday through Friday off

Week 4: Monday through Wednesday: afternoon shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM + Saturday and Sunday: weekend day shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM // Thursday and Friday: days off

Week 5: Thursday and Friday: afternoon shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM // Monday through Wednesday + Saturday and Sunday: days off

• You can work in a 5-shift rotation
• You speak and understand Dutch fluently
• You are comfortable working with computers
• You are willing to help out in production when needed

• Salary starting at €19.83/hour (negotiable based on experience) + shift premium
