You will be part of a small operational and IT support team and will participate in the following day-to-day activities:
•Provide first and second line IT helpdesk support to 220+ colleagues
•Install, maintain and perform basic repairs and upgrades on laptops, desktop computers, servers and network equipment
•Install and maintain network printers and IP phones
•Answer questions of colleagues with issues they encounter with software (Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, …) and hardware and investigate solutions when needed
•Provide second-line support to our customer care team
•Address occasional issues with third-party interfaces (shipping providers, logistics, …)
•Assist in the maintenance of IT documentation, directories and inventories
•Research and suggest tools to assist in the aforementioned activities
•Suggest, discuss, elaborate, apply and support plans to face the challenges of an ever-growing company's IT needs


This is a full-time, permanent position.
•You speak fluent English and Dutch and/or French
•You're an IT bachelor graduate (or equivalent by experience) with a strong passion for IT
•You’re a team player, have a “can-do”, “hands-on” attitude and are motivated
•You have good troubleshooting and communication skills
•You’re at ease with most of the following: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office 2013
•You’re proficient with at least one current programming language and have a good knowledge of SQL
•Knowledge of the following technologies is a definite plus: Windows 2008 / 2012 R2 Server, IIS, .NET, Debian Linux, PHP, HTML, CSS
•You are willing to work in shifts (shifts can start from 6 AM or can end at 10 PM)
•In possession of driving license B


- De werkpost configureren aan de behoeften van de gebruiker en functietests uitvoeren

- De tussenkomsten bepalen op basis van informatie van de helpdesk, de hotline en informatiedossiers

- De opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst

- De gebruiker begeleiden bij het oplossen van problemen of van op afstand de controle nemen over het systeem

- De middelen bepalen die nodig zijn om het probleem op te lossen en de oproep indien nodig bijsturen (onderhoud ter plaatse, gespecialiseerde technicus, ...)

- Defecte componenten of stukken vervangen of herstellen

- Een hardware- of softwareprobleem vanop afstand diagnosticeren

- Een netwerk van informatica- of bureauticamateriaal bekabelen

- Het materiaal en de uitrusting schoonmaken en instellen

- Informatica-uitrusting demonteren en de onderdelen sorteren met het oog op hergebruik of recyclage

- Kosten en herstellingstermijnen inschatten en een kostenraming voor de interventie opmaken

- Onderdelen van informatica- of bureautica-uitrusting assembleren of integreren

- Oude versies van informatica- of bureauticasystemen implementeren (tijdelijke oplossing)
