About the job
For a chocolate factory in the Kortrijk region, we are looking for a maintenance technician. As a Technician, you are an essential link in the maintenance and optimization of our production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and installations.
• Quickly and efficiently resolve technical malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Contribute ideas for optimizations and improvements in the production process.
• Work closely with production and quality departments to ensure continuity and quality.
• Willingness to work in a shift system during busy periods (peak season).
Who are we looking for?
A technical education (electromechanics, mechanics, or similar) or relevant work experience in a similar role. Hands-on mentality and problem-solving thinking. Knowledge of production processes, preferably in the food industry, is a plus. Flexibility to work in a shift system during the peak season. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety and quality.
